There has been some confusion by members on how Help Tickets work. This should clear it up. When you create a ticket it notifies staff that someone has a question or needs help. We read the ticket and respond accordingly. It becomes your job to review the ticket to see if it has been answered and what the answer may be. To do this click the help tab, then Helpdesk Ticket tab and then My Tickets under the title of Opening New Ticket. It will then take you to ALL tickets you started and you just read your answer.
